Searching for the perfect midcentury modern house started two years before we actually moved into our home. We had a long wish list, and this house didn't have many of the items, but we walked in for our first showing, and I knew it could be perfect with some work.

After I explained my vision to my husband, we met with a few contractors to get ballpark pricing for our to-do list, and we closed six weeks later. We spent the first two weekends working in the yard, and then started taking out the 1990 renovation, and putting back in the 1950s.

We LOVE living here.
